Terms of Service

These Terms govern FullSite Social, operated by Full Site Solutions LLC (“FullSite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you can bind it, and “you” includes that organization.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, use individual authorized accounts, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your account and access to your registered email.

Service and authorization

The service can generate and organize content, connect supported third-party accounts, and publish under permissions granted by an authorized owner. You authorize FullSite to host, process, format, generate, and transmit content and account data as needed to carry out your instructions. You remain responsible for reviewing final content, selecting destinations, and confirming authority to publish.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide and grant FullSite a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, modify, display, and transmit it only to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for your content, including images, trademarks, personal information, endorsements, promotions, and advertising claims. Generated content may be inaccurate or resemble other material; you must review it. Do not submit secrets or regulated health, financial, or other sensitive data unless we expressly agree in writing to process it.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, abusive, or unauthorized conduct; spam or prohibited automated messaging; malware, credential theft, artificial engagement, or platform circumvention; access to another customer’s data; reverse engineering except where law permits; or interference with the service, a platform, or others. We may block content, suspend access, preserve evidence, or disconnect accounts to address abuse, security, platform requirements, or law.

Third-party services

Meta, payment providers, content-generation providers, and other integrations are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, APIs, moderation, permission reviews, pricing, and account decisions are outside our control. We do not guarantee that a connection or post will be accepted, remain available, perform as expected, or reach a particular audience. You authorize necessary information exchanges as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees, renewals, and cancellation

Prices, included usage, taxes, billing period, and renewal terms shown at checkout form part of these Terms. You authorize the stated charges. Except where law or checkout terms require otherwise, completed purchases and consumed generation credits are nonrefundable. Cancel a subscription before its next renewal to prevent future charges; cancellation does not retroactively refund the current period. We may correct billing errors and change future prices with notice. Access may be limited for overdue amounts or payment reversals.

FullSite property and feedback

FullSite and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and materials we provide, excluding your content. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the service during your account term. Feedback may be used worldwide, perpetually, and royalty-free without restriction or compensation.

Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices; our Security page describes key safeguards. Use reasonable security, authorize only appropriate users, and never send social-account passwords or raw access tokens to FullSite.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, add, or remove features and may interrupt service for maintenance, security, provider changes, or events beyond reasonable control. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a new effective date and will provide reasonable additional notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where law permits.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and generated content are provided “as is” and “as available.” FullSite disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, business results, legal or platform compliance of your content, or permanent third-party integrations. Nothing excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullSite and its personnel, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunities; platform action; or unauthorized activity outside our reasonable control. Aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount paid for FullSite Social during the three months before the event. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FullSite and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your content or accounts, your violation of law or platform rules, or your breach of these Terms. This does not require indemnification for FullSite’s own unlawful conduct.

Termination

You may stop using the service, cancel future renewals, and disconnect platforms at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, nonpayment, security risk, platform requirements, prolonged inactivity, discontinuation, or legal necessity. Provisions concerning ownership, payment, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and provisions that by nature should survive will survive. Data is handled under the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.

Disputes and general terms

Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for informal resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Full Site Solutions LLC is organized and applicable United States federal law, without conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over our principal place of business have exclusive jurisdiction except where consumer law requires another forum. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without consent; we may transfer them in a reorganization or sale. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, checkout terms, and any signed service agreement are the entire agreement for FullSite Social; a signed service agreement controls a direct conflict.
